Greetings brilliant minds, I was fortunate enough to joined this lively group (leading with love) a few days ago or perhaps I should say a week ago. It was a delight to be here. As a young-by writer and lady of race. In my broad understanding, leading with love encompasses more than just a love, let me use the term “ordinary love” instead it is the way we apply this concept “leading with love” to our day to day activities, either romantic or platonic relationships, the workplace, our leaderships role and our parenting styles.
Although it might be somewhat daunting at times, but believe me it’s pertinent for us as humans (the most important creation of God)
Most importantly, when it comes to parenting, how parents nuturing their kids in order for them to thrive, looks beyond the horizon and flourish. This is something that most parents find it as an ethical dellima for them, to deal with or take care of in a simplest form.

Parents make sure their children are aware of the most pressing challenges facing society or the globe at large. Topics including; sex education, early child marriage, gender stereotype, LGBTQ people, technology and the likes. Attempting to strike a balance between their ages and comprehension levels. Give them the opportunity to voice their opinions and provide more explanations so they can comprehend each topics.
